Overview

In today’s globalised business environment, mastering effective strategies for thriving in an international workplace is essential, especially for students and young graduates abroad. This conference will explore how to wisely choose an employer, highlight what makes your profile stand out, and develop the mindsets and attitudes needed to be recognized as a true global professional. These are the key questions we will address to help you navigate and succeed in a competitive, interconnected world.

Join us on September 25 for an insightful session led by the founders of Lemon-Boost, a Tokyo-based women-led consulting firm specialising in Change Management. In collaboration with ICAS and Showa Women’s University, Lemon-Boost aims with this conference to help students, young graduates, and international employees to succeed in diverse global professional environments and bridging the gap between education and the corporate world. The speakers will provide tools tailored to 10 different company cultures and working styles, and hence equip students and employees with tools to thrive in international companies operating in Japan or overseas.
